Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Given our fair price and direct to consumer model, we rarely offer discounts. But sometimes we have offers, limited edition sale, etc. and we let our subscribers get the first dip into it all. Sign up here to our newsletter and never miss any offers!

What forms of payment do you accept

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

Is my personal information secure?

I can’t find my package, but my tracking number says delivered

We partner with reputed logistics firms, so hope to have no such incidents, but things happen. Email us at info@adroitfinejewelry.com with your order number and we will help file a lost package claim. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off, but will open an investigation with the logistics company.

Where do you ship to?

North America: United States of America and Canada.

Taxes are applied at checkout according to the state/province of the shipping address.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free ground delivery anywhere within USA and charge a flat shipping fee of $20 for delivery to Canada.

How do I check the status of my order and find my order number?

If you have an account created with us, simply log in and select “My Orders” on the drop-down menu. You can find the order number and the status of your order.

If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order. Also, along with every order, we send an order confirmation email to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it could sometimes land on junk/spam/promotions folder!

Do any of your pieces contain Nickel?

Absolutely not! We make all our pieces in 14K Gold.
